We partnered with blood cancer charity, DKMS UK, to help them improve the return rates of their stem cell donor kits and increase the chances of those in need finding a match.
By conducting first-hand user research with donors, we gained new insight into their motivations and challenges, enabling us to identify high-impact changes to the donor journey.
