The Challenge

Prime Plc are one of the UK’s leading healthcare property developers. They plan, design, invest and build everything from care homes to hospitals, to your doctors surgery and the car parks you use to access them.

We wanted to create an online brand video which told the story of how Prime develops space for change in the organisations and communities they operate in; supporting the NHS.

It had to amplify their new identity, stimulate more conversation around Prime, and provide them with a hero piece of content.

It needed to be on brand, and align with Prime's key messages - blending seamlessly into a refreshing, pragmatic and human narrative.

The Results

With the help of Broken Physics, Prime's staff members, and the empowered clients and communities their buildings serve, we created a short brand film that told that story.

Filming took place in and around Newcastle, Birmingham and Worcester. The video actively demonstrates the way Prime works in partnership with the NHS; featuring healthcare settings and professionals, as well as patients, visitors, Prime team members and senior stakeholders.

It explained clearly what and who Prime are, showcases their projects, and how their work makes a difference to the communities they serve - including the direct impact the spaces they create can improve the experiences of patients and their loved ones.
