Who we are
I am a commercially focussed marketing and product professional with extensive senior level experience in developing and implementing multi-channel strategies to achieve sustainable sales and margin increases either on a consultancy, interim or contract basis. My open, hands-on approach encourages communication flow within the business and helps to ensure a successful outcome for my clients.
What we do
I harness customer and commercial data to give strategic insights for marketing campaigns, customer engagement strategies and future product development. I also review and revise existing marketing campaigns to give greater ROI and thus increase sales.
Who we do it for
A range of businesses but preferably small to medium sized ones with an entrepreneurial outlook. Clients have been in the UK and Europe and include companies in Travel & Leisure; Education; Film & Video; Hotels; Construction; Sports; Events and Technology.
Recent projects have included increasing market penetration for TEDxBrighton, developing the international sales & marketing strategy for a global provider of school language resources and market development for a Greek hotel chain.
