Who I am

I was the Commercial Director at digital agency, Leapfrogg, for almost 14 years, accountable mainly for business development.

Finely tuned processes in lead generation, nurturing, qualifying, briefing and presenting saw the agency achieve an average win rate of 70%, including high profile brands such as Agent Provocateur, Dune London, Crabtree & Evelyn, Cath Kidston, Wolseley PLC and The Press Association.

I am now on a mission to make the experience of buying and selling digital marketing services better by helping agencies improve their approach to business development.

I am also a guest writer for Econsultancy and a BrightonSEO trainer.

What I do

I provide agency owners with peace of mind that their business development function gives them a competitive edge, laying the foundations for growth by winning and retaining the right clients.

Who I do it for

I train and mentor agency owners or BDM's to improve all areas of business development by just a little (or sometimes a lot).
