As a small business in the holiday industry our website is critical and with Hyve on board you feel you have the same level of support and expertise as much larger businesses.   • Without doubt the best business decision we ever made was to move the hosting of our event management, e-ticketing and communication platform for Parent Teacher Associations, charities and non-profits to Hyve Managed Hosting. With our previous hosts we experienced downtime too many times which was affecting our brand reputation and were stuck with an environment that didn't allow us to scale our operations. We looked at many different solutions of cloud hosting providers from the "big boys" to local hosting providers and settled on Hyve. We needed a solution that would allow our SaaS platform to scale as more customers came on board. We've been with them for 2 years now and we have experienced no down time. We have a load balanced environment with multiple web servers and can scale our services when required. We've also noticed a significant increase in performance and so have our clients and their end users - happy customers all round. Behind the scenes, the service Hyve provide is second to none, whether that be in account management, support, finance or any other part of the business. Every single person we have dealt with has been a pleasure to speak to.   • Hyve is a great sharing platform that has served our company well for many years now, however a good product is nothing without good support and this is an area where the vast majority of our software providers fall short. Fortunately, Hyve is not one of them as their support is the fastest we have seen and they always manage to fix the issue. I hope Hyve keep up this high level of service that we, and I'm sure many other companies out there, have come to expect. We usually see a drop in service when a company gets taken over by a bigger vendor, hopefully that will not happen to Hyve.
