What we do
We are a business and IT consultancy that helps businesses create capacity to grow by sorting their systems and processes out. This may involve simple process improvements, implementing off the shelf software, or developing bespoke software. We generally try to work through the options in that order as we are highly focused on our client's return on investment
Who we do it for
We work with businesses with between 10 and 200 staff that have a turnover of at least £250k but are not seeing the level of profits they would like to achieve. Primarily our clients are in the non-IT sectors and have businesses that provide professional or specialist services to other consumers or other businesses, such as property maintenance, accountancy or engineering
