Who we are
OneHR was founded on 2012 by Kaye Shane and we have just celebrated our 10-year anniversary. We support SMEs with their human resources needs and we can help you with every stage in the employee life cycle - from attracting the right people and employing them professionally; helping your business stay compliant with UK employment law; ensuring your HR policies, contracts and documentation are compliant and written in plain English; to explaining your company benefits so you are seen as an employer of choice. Staff engagement and retention are essential in today’s post pandemic, varied working arrangements, as is organisational and talent development to enable business sustainability and growth.
What we do
Managing people with confidence is a skill that comes with experience and at OneHR, we are all about putting in place the framework to help you grow your business, employ, manage and retain your teams, attract talent and when unavoidable, skilfully manage behaviour, performance, absence, dismissals, consultations or workplace conflicts that could quickly become costly. All this is an ever-evolving working landscape, mindful of the importance of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
We are on hand to free you from the time-hungry constraints of HR admin tasks, as well as implement structured strategic interventions and support the planning and delivery of tailored leadership skills training for your managers and senior team.
Who we do it for
Our clients range from private sector technical consultancies and digital agencies, to manufacturing and the public health sector, as well as the third sector - featuring young persons’ charities. OneHR works with several Partners to provide HRIS (to keep and maintain digital secure staff information), ATS (effective recruitment Applicant Tracking Sysytem) and EAP (Employee Assistance Programmes, which include wellbeing and mental health).
