Hi, I’m Jo. I’m a Qualified Leadership & Career Coach and Lead Consultant Learning & Development.
With 10 years of experience in people development and 7 years as a leadership and career coach, I have current practice in recruitment, learning and development and equality, diversity and inclusion.
My personal purpose is sustainable, inclusive and impactful career futures for everyone.

I am coaching qualified with the Institute of Leadership and Management and a member of the Association for Coaching. I am an Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and accredited Facet5 and TeamScape Practitioner.
