Dramatic improvement in Google ranking for Divine Water
The Challenge
The Divine Water Company supply water dispensers and coffee machines to organisations across the south east.
A well-established company with a strong reputation for customer service, they felt that their lack of visibility in Google search results was causing them to miss sales opportunities.
We carried out a full SEO audit on their website, which incorporated:
• Keyword research to uncover the most popular search terms potential customers were using.
• Reviewing their website's technical structure and user journey.
• Analysis of the website’s content, particularly to spot low word count, empty or image-based pages.
• Looking for any pages which Google was not including in search results, and the reasons for this.
• Investigating their “Core Web Vitals”, which includes page speed and user experience.
• Checking that the website is completely mobile-friendly.
Our findings lead us to recommend a number of improvements:
• Technical improvements to the title tags (which tell Google what each page is about) and meta descriptions (the information you see in search results) throughout the website.
• Improvements to copy, adding more information about their services and smoothly incorporating their target keywords.
• Amendments to the website's structure, giving both Google and human readers more intuitive access to content.
• Increases in site speed; replacing unnecessarily large image files and a lethargic Twitter feed.
• Removal of all redundant pages.

Our work has given them an increase in website traffic and, most importantly, increased enquiries across their target locations.
