Who we are
A multi-award-winning diversity and inclusion company helping people work better together powered by inclusion. We are passionate about building a more equal society where everyone can thrive and feel included. Our founders, Mo Kanjilal and Allegra Chapman met through volunteer projects, and in the 2020 lockdown founded Watch This Sp_ce. Since then, the team has won awards, and has a growing community and clients across sectors. As our work has grown, so has our team and we now have a growing team of experts based around the country.
What we do
We help people work better together powered by inclusion. We want to create a world where everyone has opportunities to create the career they want to. And there is overwhelming evidence that inclusive teams are more innovative, more productive, better at decision-making and people are happier.
We help people understand where they are and what changes need to be made through our unique Inclusion Journey Mapping Process. We help people to create a roadmap for change which includes quick fixes, longer term changes and training programmes. We welcome people to join our free membership community The Sp_ce to network with other people wanting to drive change in the world of work.
