Now into it's sixth year, BrightonCRO retains it's simple agenda: help people break into the conversion rate optimisation (CRO) industry, learn more about it, and excel in it.

Having grown up in Brighton it’s really exciting to come back to Brighton CRO to connect with people in my home town about a topic I love. Working at Optimizely and Amplitude over the last 7 years between Europe and San Francisco has given me some great experiences I look forward to sharing.

Joe’s digital experience extends back to Alta Vista, dial-up and fat monitors. He has worked for both major publishers, agencies and client side for start ups and major PLCs and has an holistic approach based on his experience of traffic driving disciplines like digital advertising and SEO, and extensive site-side experience of UX and conversion topics. A regular speaker and contributor to media like the Drum and eConsultany, Joe is one of the UK’s top consultants on cultural and international approaches to CRO.


Senior Consultant, Creative ITC

Mark is a Senior Consultant at Creative CX, an experimentation consultancy based in London. He helps customers understand how experimentation can help them create amazing customer experiences to deliver conversion uplift. Mark has worked in digital marketing and technology for 20 years, for agencies such as Reading Room and Jellyfish. He’s very often found reading books about mountaineering and climbed mount Kilimanjaro in Africa for charity in 2012 raising £9,000 for the Children’s Trust.
