Antonia Forster
Antonia is a self-taught programmer working within the field of augmented reality, virtual reality and haptics. She will be sharing advice of how start-ups can diversity their workforce - and the benefits of doing so.

Antonia will also be sharing how businesses can engage a wider workforce and be talking on some of the obstacles preventing Gender Equality in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).


Steve Bustin
Steve is an award winning communications specialist who is making a return after Silicon Brighton Leaders 1.0! He will be sharing his knowledge on internal business communications so you can get the most out of your team. Steve has a very engaging and enthusiastic style.

Steve will be talking about how to get your voice heard as well as steps your business can take to make sure the modern workforce is engaged and effectively communicated with.


Steve Rackley
Steve is one of the Co-founders of Silicon Brighton as well as being a Co-founder and Director of James Chase. He will be providing a market overview of Brighton and be discussing where local businesses should be focusing their efforts.

Steve will also be giving an update on Silicon Brighton to share how far we've come together in the past few months. He will also be talking about the future of Silicon Brighton - what the Silicon Brighton community can look forward to in 2020.
