Sophie Davies-Patrick

Sophie is the CTO at Brighton scale-up MPB, the world’s largest reseller of digital photography and video equipment.

Also Wired Sussex Board member, Sophie has extensive experience leveraging technology to produce results for businesses that range from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies and has a reputation as a transformational leader.  She was the recipient of the Women In Technology CTO of the Year award in 2021.

Emma Smith

Emma has been with the multi-award-winning video games studio, Creative Assembly, for 12 years, seeing them grow to over 800 people strong.

Emma heads up the studio’s global recruitment, as well as the award-winning education and social responsibility programme, the Legacy Project. The Legacy Project aims to break down existing educational barriers and give people from all backgrounds the skills and information to become the game development talent of tomorrow.

Bex Campbell

Bex began her career with audience analytics for media owners, before spending nearly 8 years at Brandwatch conducting and leading teams in consumer insight before moving into Product Management and ultimately Product Leadership. She now sits on the exec team of GWI, as Chief Product Officer.

She cares deeply about creating inclusive environments and creating new pathways into technology through her role as CPO. She also volunteers mentoring young women through the Girls Network charity and takes part in various Women in Tech/leadership events and networks.

Luke Taylor 

Luke is co-founder & Creative Director of UnitedUs, a strategic brand agency uniting people, purpose and potential based in Brighton. He's also Non-Executive Director of a number of businesses including Sentry Funding and Mr and Mrs Clarke.

He's been featured as a Huffington Post young entrepreneur winner and has written about branding for digital and print publications including The Guardian.

Liz Harrison-Flynn

Liz Harrison-Flynn is Group Director of Digital Services at Legal & General. Liz is an accomplished senior business leader with extensive experience in digital technical delivery within the Financial Services and Telecoms Industries. 
She has a great reputation for delivering major change and business profitability with energy and success. Liz’s areas of expertise include agile development, analytics, UX, channel sales, product development, brand transformation and quality management in addition to retail business set-up, operations and people management
