UX Camp Brighton

About the event

At the start of the day, session hosts will fill-out their session details on a postcard. Then at around 10.20am, they will gather at the session grid and add them to their chosen room and time slot via the famous ‘grid scramble!

We’ll have sessions running at the same time in several rooms around the venue. There will be a large grid on the wall of the main space showing each session time and location, so you choose which ones interest you most throughout the day.

The last session of the day is the ever-popular UX Camp Quiz, which is a nice opportunity to test your knowledge, be creative and share a few laughs with your teammates.

We provide tea and coffee, breakfast pastries, a mezze lunch box, afternoon treats, and beer, wine and soft drinks for the quiz.

Everyone is welcome at UX Camp Brighton. It’s a friendly, sometimes silly, community-run event.

There are two ticket types:

Session host tickets cost £20. We encourage everyone to have a go; hosting a session at UX Camp Brighton is a great way to get started with public speaking, or to try out a presentation or workshop. Small, medium and large rooms are available.

Participant tickets are limited  and cost £25. Participants are expected to join in positively in the whole day, but won’t be able to lead their own sessions.

Everyone will have access to the venue, wifi, tea, coffee, refreshments, breakfast, lunch and the famous UX Quiz and pizza party, as well an after party in a function room at a nearby pub.

Tickets usually sell out fast, so grab yours early.
