Talent Fest 2020

Helping digital, media and tech businesses in the region attract, train and retain the talent they need to thrive and deliver great work.

What is this about?

We know that digital businesses success is down to attracting, training, and retaining the most talented people. But finding that talent – the people with the right skills and attitudes – and helping them to grow with the business is often the single biggest challenge faced. That’s where Talent Fest comes in.

This three-day festival is designed to ensure the growth of our region’s digital industry is not hindered by a lack of resources in our city, by connecting businesses with the talent they need and providing a platform for them to better understand how they can maintain and build stronger, more inclusive workforces.

What has happened so far?

Now in its 4th consecutive year, Talent Fest consists of:

  • A Portfolio Clinic to enable businesses to provide advice and guidance to new creative talent looking to enter or grow in our sector.
  • A Jobs Fair to help businesses recruit and job seekers to find out more about the sector and job opportunities in it.
  • A Skills Summit that brings businesses together to discuss, debate and understand the issues around accessing and growing the right talent.

Here are some highlights from Talent Fest 2019...
