Job Description:


As a senior designer, you’ll be an important member of our busy creative team. Working closely in all areas of the business as an advocate for creativity, design and conceptual thinking.

You won’t be afraid of venturing into new areas to explore the very best ideas and have a desire to learn new skills and challenge yourself daily. You're interested in what drives people's behaviour, and understand how to work with data and strategy.

We’re looking to fill more than one role and as such, are looking for candidates who are specialists in digital and motion, brand and print, or even a combination of the two.

Skills Range:


  • Leading client and internal projects
  • Helping teams to bring projects to life through storyboards, scenarios, workshops, mood boards, iconography, photography and illustrations
  • Collaborating with the wider team to create award winning work
  • Supporting pitches and helping to create complex ideas and standout visuals
  • Coaching and mentoring junior and freelance designers
  • Working with the marketing team to tell our stories, playing a key part in creating branding and printed assets

Reports to

  • The head of design. This is a senior role, and is part of the wider creative team.
Person Specification:

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience
  • A passion for design and great ideas
  • Strong layout and typography skills
  • A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • A varied portfolio of excellent work

You are:

  • An inspiring leader – comfortable guiding freelancers and junior designers
  • A multi-tasker – comfortable switching from one task to another on multiple projects
  • Into the detail – able to really craft an idea and bring it to life
