Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a hands-on Support Manager to lead a small support team and assist with project client management, scheduling and delivery.

Job Description:

The role is a client facing role which will require you to lead and support a small team of support advisors, it will also require you to work alongside your team and taking on support tickets also as this is a very hands-on role. The role will also ensure best practices and processes are adhered too and SLA agreements are met to our client’s requests. All client projects support SME clients across diverse industry sectors to support them with growing their business and improve end customer experiences with their businesses.

Skills Range:

• Minimum of 2 years support management experience
• Experience in a net promotor environment (NPS)
• Previous experience of working in a client facing technology environment before
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys learning new skills
• Can work independently to manage their own time as well as the support team
• Good planning skills and the ability to manage own workload
• No prior Dynamics experience is necessary – Full training provided

Salary: up to 25K DOE
Attendance: Full-Time
Additional Information:

We plan quarterly days in the office for learning and sharing with dinner and drinks out to ensure there is a fun aspect to really getting to know your team. In addition, you’ll get;
• As a minimum we typically match or exceed your existing salary up to £25K depending on experience
• During your first 3 years we typically offer as a minimum bi-annual salary reviews to reflect the progress and contribution you are making
• Discretionary annual bonus scheme (£1K pro-rata paid in two instalments annually)
• 23 days holiday in addition to bank holidays
• Eligible for future Share Option Scheme
• Matched up to 5% pension contribution to pension scheme
• 9-5.30 hours, with flexibility for 8.30-5.00 (Mon-Fri)
