Job Description:

Are you a strategic and motivated people manager keen to succeed? Do you love design, creative and written content as well as having experience with social media marketing? Look no further.

Working within the Brand and Acquisition team, you will work across the award winning Travelopia tailor made brands (Hayes & Jarvis, Austravel, Sovereign and Citalia) to ensure performance and growth objectives, as well as inspiring content from across the business.

You will work closely with key stakeholders within the business, in particular, Brand Marketing, CRM, Ecommerce and Product.

What you will be doing:

You will manage multiple different functions which produce creative and content for our brands and own and oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. You will also directly manage 6 members of the creative team, agencies and work schedules.

What you will do:

- Execute a content strategy aligned with short & long-term marketing targets to drive engagement
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and develop content
- Manage a team of 2 Designers, 2 Copywriters, 1 Production Executive and a Content (Video and Digital) Executive
- Create and publish engaging content (copy, imagery, video) for all required channels
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency and TOV
- Optimise content according to SEO advice
- Manage content distribution to online channels & social media platforms to increase web traffic
- Develop an editorial content calendar in line with the marketing strategy
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- keep up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
- Manage a content and design team and any external support e.g. agencies, temps, freelancers
- Manage the content & design process, ensuring content is promoted to the right audience
- Work with the analytics team to analyse content performance ROI & suggest improvements
- Liaise with wider Travelopia businesses to share knowledge, learning and employ best practice
- Ensure all design output adheres to brand guidelines
- Oversee asset management ensuring no backlogs in image uploading & processes are efficient

- 3+ years in Content or Creative Marketing
- Experience of leading a creative team and managing agencies effectively
- Proven experience in demonstrating content or social media success
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent creative eye – ability to ensure a brand comes to life through all comms channels
- Excellent creative writing skills with a very high standard of English
- Excellent communicator with internal departments and external agencies/suppliers
