Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer with at least 3 years’ experience in an agency environment, to join our very fast growing and innovative creative team here in Horsham, Sussex. Job Description:

Within Envision’s creative team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a range of multichannel medical communications solutions. You will work as part of a global team to produce high-level deliverables for the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, including brand, conference and symposium materials, design for digital applications and the translation of data into infographics. You will provide support to Senior Designers in the conceptualisation of innovative materials in both digital and traditional materials – thereby contributing to projects that get us recognised as one of the industry leaders in this area. Having a 59-strong team of creatives, we possess the range and expertise in-house to keep you on your toes and help you drive towards being the best designer you can be.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using your skills and experience – from conceptual thinking through to typographic layout on a vast range of projects including – branding, interactive materials, UX/UI design, illustrations, animations, presentations, infographics and conference materials.

• Partnering with Creative Leads to achieve effective and efficient project outcomes.

• Ensuring that the expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects.

• Working to improve the team’s overall performance by embracing agile methodology, functioning as an integral part of a flexible team.

• Assisting with documenting and maintaining internal procedures and best practices.

• Supporting all members of the team across the business, from junior to senior.

 
Skills Range:

Skills and Experience Required:

• 3+ years’ experience in an agency/studio environment.

• An advanced level of skill with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Working knowledge of animation production in Adobe After Effects would be highly advantageous.

• Positive work ethic with a desire to succeed and win awards for your work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Speed, accuracy and an excellent attention to detail.

• Using your initiative, and working well under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.

• A dynamic, approachable and proactive team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues at all organisational levels.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
