We're a SaaS start-up who are developing a web based authoring system for building, managing, delivering, and optimising enterprise grade responsive websites on Drupal 8.

Job Description:

This London/Brighton-based role is an exciting opportunity to join the Software as a Service (SaaS) sales team at a world leading software productivity platform. Our audience are agencies building enterprise websites in Drupal 8 who can, using our design and build tools, save 75% or more on traditional methods which in turn helps them grow their business and their operating margins.

The company is seeking someone to focus on driving our SaaS growth by responding to incoming opportunities from agencies with web demonstrations of the DX8 platform and subsequent commercial agreements.

The successful applicant will also work to identify new opportunities instigate initial outreach via emails, phone calls and online platforms.

The role will require you to be able to quickly build relationships based on trust, mainly via the telephone and via Zoom demonstrations, and to help our prospects understand the value that Cohesion DX8 brings. You will also work closely with the training and support team to ensure that agencies that trial DX8 then adopt fully over time.

As part of this role you will spend the majority of the week contacting prospects from our London OR Brighton office

Skills Range:

• Prospecting and cold calling activities to drive sales into potential Cohesion customers.
• To look after existing Cohesion SaaS customers within the territory and cross/up sell further Cohesion products.
• Maintain a sales pipeline capable of delivering targeted results month on month.
• Close sales in best possible lead-time at best margin to help reduce sales cycle time.
• Ensure quality sales are secured that they can be delivered at best profit.
• Be proficient in demonstrating Cohesion DX8 and maintain a reasonable, functional and technical knowledge of the products.
• Provide detailed information to the Cohesion Client Services and/or Solution team on any customer or technology issues.
• Work with colleagues to ensure high quality of service is delivered on all aspects of the interaction with Cohesion.
• Meet key personal KPIs including number of outbound calls.
• To provide regular and accurate sales forecast information.
• To maintain accurate up to date records of all customer details, dialog and sales opportunities in the Cohesion CRM system (Hubspot).
• Develop a deep understanding of the Web Content Management and Digital Agency Sector’s and how they works.
