Job Description:

Are you currently working in a sales environment but you’re searching for a more fulfilling role? Are you someone who thrives by building rapport and sells with real integrity? Are you looking for a new challenge in Brighton?

We are looking for a positive, proactive salesperson to join our sales team and help manage our growing base of prospects. Our talented team provides help, education and support for prospects looking to purchase our flagship Digital Asset Management (DAM) software product, Asset Bank.

Asset Bank helps brand managers and marketers all over the world organise, control and share their digital assets. We work with over 700 clients including IKEA, ITV, Coca-Cola & The Rolling Stones, and this role is vital in establishing those relationships.

The role sits at the heart of our sales team, where you’ll be working alongside our experienced expert sales consultants to educate prospects on the DAM industry and our product to determine if we are the best fit for them. This includes taking phone calls, doing online demos, creating free product trials, creating sales decks in order to move the prospect further down the funnel and to then close the deal.

Key areas of responsibility:

 

  • Proactively respond to prospects to generate sales opportunities
  • Qualify all new leads and opportunities and ensure accurate information in sales CRM
  • Assist with trade shows and other events (when needed)
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members
  • Give demos of our product to prospects
  • Help to generate ideas for sales initiatives and actively participate in group discussions
  • Supply marketing with feedback on market potential, customer needs, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services

 

Essential Skills and Experience:

 

  • 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally with Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • Familiarity with technology tools, in particular CRM tools
  • Highly motivated with proven track records in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Assertive and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand products and solutions as well as convey value propositions
  • Quick thinker with strong multi-tasking capability
  • Ability to see things from others’ perspective and support prospects in their journey
 
Key Area: Sales Sales
Salary: £24-£30k basic depending on experience, plus commission.
Attendance: Part-Time
