INTO University Partnerships was established in 2005 at the invitation of the University of East Anglia (UEA). Seeking to address underperformance in international student recruitment, but uncomfortable with the principle of outsourcing the delivery of English language and pathway programmes, the University worked with INTO to develop an innovative public/private partnership structure. INTO UEA was created, and for the last number of years has facilitated major investment, expansion and enhanced services for international students at the University. This modus operandi has underpinned the success of further partnerships with leading universities in Europe, North America and Asia.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in assisting on digital projects, working with dynamic websites and have familiarity with web standards. You will have a working knowledge of website management tools, current digital trends and best practice, with a working knowledge of current SEO, CRO and SEM practices and principles and also Google Analytics.

You will have the ability to communicate, build and develop relationships with peers, senior managers, University stakeholders and third-parties and the ability to work both alone or as part of a team. You will be pro-active and able to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver consistently well under pressure and have an excellent attention to detail.

Role and responsibilities

  • Assisting with project tasks (e.g. through Agile Marketing, sprint management, etc.) in collaboration with the project’s Product Owners
  • Deputising for the Product Owner and representing them at scrum meetings in their absence
  • Developing and assisting on SEO tasks including technical, on-page SEO as well as outreach
  • Assisting with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) campaigns
  • Assisting with digital marketing or affiliate campaigns as required
  • Supporting the management of BAU site through:
    - Troubleshooting the site including content, links, and applications
    - Addressing user feedback and issues
    - Liaising with Digital services, Infrastructure, and Marketing teams to solve any issues

Salary: Band C £21,450 - £26,000 per annum
Attendance: Full-Time
