Bozboz are a full service creative digital agency, based at Richmond Place in Brighton. Being full service means that we take care of every aspect of every project we work on in-house. Each member of our team has their own areas of expertise within the fields of web design and digital marketing, so we can provide end-to-end digital strategies and solutions, or bespoke services for individual aspects of any project.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual with a passion to join our team at Bozboz and help us take our game to the next level.

You’re a ‘starter finisher’ who will drive Bozboz’s sales from initial contact to onboarding, listening to and identifying client’s needs. You’re hungry for results and will work hard to connect with the right brands for Bozboz.

In this role you’ll...

  • Be actively pursuing new business, opening accounts, and maximising revenues and margins
  • Have an excellent track record of winning new clients in an agency environment, as well as experience creating and executing successful sales strategies for technical products.
  • Maintain and update customer information through our CRM, actively developing your own pipeline, and will provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and reports
 
Skills Range:

A bit about you…

  • 3+ years direct sales experience gained in a digital agency environment
  • In-depth knowledge of web, digital marketing and creative design sales processes
  • A passion for digital and the drive to sell multi-service solutions to clients
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and relationship-building skills
  • Desire to work in a vibrant, sociable, team-focused and results-driven atmosphere
  • You’re an outstanding communicator with a passion for digital and the ability to make our brand stand out from the crowd
 
Key Area: BDM/Strategy/Sales 15-1199.08BDM/Strategy/Sales
Salary: dependent on qualifications and experience
Attendance: Full-Time
