Job Description:

Reports to: Head of Production

As a Project Co-ordinator you'll thrive on working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery and production of best-in-class custom e-learning solutions with some of the best people in the industry.

You'll take delight in supporting the Project Managers to deliver bespoke e-learning solutions and in fostering and developing great rapport and relationships with Brightwave's global clients.

Working in accordance with the company's prescribed standards of quality and excellence, you'll you be highly organised person with a strong eye for detail and will be responsible for monitoring and helping to control project budgets, quality procedures and schedules. You will also be effective at communicating regularly with both clients and the project team on the progress of each project and keep a log of activities.

• Helping Project Managers to define project tasks and resource requirements
• Helping to allocate and monitor project resource allocation
• Monitoring project budget to ensure that project progress and revenue is accurately reported on a weekly basis
• Creating change control budgets at times
• Adhering to, and helping to monitor others adherence to, Brightwave's quality assurance procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of a project (internally and to clients), particularly during the production phase of a project
• Helping project teams to highlight risks and participate in their resolution
• Facilitating project communications (internal and external) and knowledge sharing
• Supporting the Brightwave project team focus on solutions that deliver business impact and client satisfaction.

• Coordinating project staff including freelancers and suppliers
• Monitoring and amending project timelines and highlighting changes accordingly
• Supporting the Project Manager to implement and manage project  changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools to monitor progress and deliverables, and to assess short and longer-term dependencies
• Managing the review process (internal and external)
• Managing all project collateral; its storage and version control, etc.
• Assisting with production tasks as required
• Arranging meetings and travel arrangements
• Planning and attending audio records, photo and video shoots
• Managing some localisation and smaller projects (e.g. updates), depending on the nature of the project
• Supporting the Project Manager to implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Working with the Project Manager to prepare post-project evaluations and assessment of results
• Co-ordinating the post project processes including gathering testimonials and monitoring of success with the client

Person Specification:

Ideally the candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent)
