Job Description:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be providing support to our Managing Director and other members of the leadership team, through a range of responsibilities from managing diaries to producing reports and presentations. The role also includes managing tasks such as submitting expenses, making meeting arrangements, administering our mobile phone account and following up on actions to ensure commitments are met.

Skills Range:

• Research and produce management and company level documents, briefing papers, reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Book internal and external meeting rooms, liaise with attendees and ensure necessary resources are present
• Ensure Directors have what they need prior to meetings and offer support as necessary e.g. minute/note taking
• Following up on action points from meetings to ensure they are delivered within agreed timeframes
• Review and monitor key strategic business areas such as OKR’s and employee engagement using online tools
• Ensure commitments and decisions made in meetings are fulfilled and/or communicated to help keep everyone aligned
• Organise, maintain and schedule diary appointments for the Managing Director
• Process expenses for Company Directors
• Organise travel and accommodation
• Meet and greet TSR office visitors
• Administer company mobile phones access, office swipe card entry and the alarm fob system
• Carry out background research and present back findings
• Administration tasks for Managing Director, HR, and other members or the senior team
• Work on various ad hoc projects from across TeamTSR as and when required
• Other related duties as and when they arise 

 
Person Specification:

This opportunity will suit someone who has:

• Previous experience working in a similar administration role
• Solid experience using MS Office packages
• The ability to multi task and work quickly but effectively
• Confidence when communicating face to face and in writing
• The ability to build and maintain great relationships at all levels of the organisation
• A practical, proactive, solution focussed approach to propblem solving
• A friendly, positive, “can do” attitude
• Brilliant attention to detail
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously and be discreet to maintain confidentiality
