Job Description:

In this role you will:

• Lead the learning design on projects from handover from sales to project completion
• Define the overall scope of the digital learning project
• Design an appropriate approach and outline how it meets the client requirements
• Ensure the learning design is suitable for the timescales and budget

Skills Range:

You’ll have an enthusiasm for all things digital, for UX, for writing, for communicating and collaborating with people from clients to colleagues in a confident and consultative manner.

Perhaps you are a UX designer, an instructional designer, a web copy or blog writer? You can even have a background in scriptwriting, journalism or be a teacher with an interest in writing and digital design.

Given that we create training content, some idea of how people learn is desirable although not essential. But you are definitely keen on developing engaging and beautifully structured digital learning content!

Person Specification:

These are the sort of things we usually look for in candidates for this role, but because we’re open to someone with a different sort of background and work experience don’t be put off if you haven’t been doing them all as yet.

Maybe the question for you is do you think you have transferable skills and experience you can bring to the role, plus genuine enthusiasm and application?
