Job Description:

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations specialist, with Salesforce and Hubspot administrator experience, to join our team in central Brighton. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have ownership over developing and optimising the systems and processes that will help us scale at this exciting time of our growth.

The role and responsibilities

Evaluation, implementation, optimization and management of sales and marketing technologies. Current platforms include:
          Salesforce - act as primary in-house Salesforce administrator, 
          managing improvements, ensuring accurate reporting and
          identifying opportunities for improved performance and efficiency.
         Hubspot - improving lead allocation workflows, admin workflows,
         reporting and integration with Salesforce and other tools.
         Salesloft - Management of sales contact cadences and messaging.
Management of sales and marketing data:
  • Ensuring data quality, cleanliness and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
  • Data segmentation for marketing and analytics purposes
  • Inbound and outbound lead allocation and process management
  • Developing a lead scoring system to identify warmest leads
Management of the outbound sales and marketing processes:
  • Identifying target accounts and contacts for Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Developing systems and processes to manage and scale ABM as we grow
Measurement, analytics and reporting:
  • Customer, market and competitive insights and research
  • Identification of opportunities and risks throughout the sales and marketing pipeline
  • Calculation of end of month commission payments for the sales team
Documentation and internal training on sales and marketing systems and processes
Skills Range:

Requirements - Essential

  • 2+ years of sales and marketing operations experience
  • Experienced Salesforce Administrator - confident with managing users, data and security; maintaining and updating objects and integrations; building reports, dashboards and workflows; safely importing/exporting data. A Salesforce Administrator certification would be a plus!
  • Hands on technical experience with marketing automation and Hubspot workflows
  • Excellent knowledge of data protection regulations, e.g. GDPR, and hands on experience of maintaining contact databases to these standards
  • A great problem solver who can troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Highly analytical, results focused and great with data
  • Experience in operations for outbound sales and marketing
  • A fast and flexible learner
  • Understanding of technologies and trends in the sales and marketing environment
  • Organised and able to prioritise in a fast paced environment

Requirements - Desirable

  • Experience of running sales and Marketing operations across geographic territories
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • Hubspot Marketing Software Certified
  • Knowledge of other sales and marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo
  • Experience in a growing SaaS or technology business, ideally in the workplace learning industry
