Job Description:

Freelance Event Managers/Project Managers and Event Producers Required

Are you an experienced Event Manager who is creative and innovative with a keen eye for detail? Are you also outgoing, sociable and interested in events within business and the development/charity sector? And are you looking to work on events that are creative and engaging and where you can make a difference?

We are currently looking for experienced event/project managers/producers to work with our large portfolio of clients, designing and managing events, ranging from 1-day team build workshops to 5-day 600+ attendee conferences. We are looking for freelance professionals to be contracted on a project to project basis. 

You’ll need to have a warm friendly approach, be very well organised with good leadership and communication skills. Experience of running events, managing budgets and a creative approach are a must. Experience with event logistics, such as travel booking, venue sourcing and technical management such as AV will also be welcome.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the event, typically they can include:

• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
• Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team
• Being the main point of contact for any given project and managing comms between the client and RedZebra
• Leading/attending meetings and client calls
• Creating and managing project plans
• Travelling to onsite meetings and events
• Leading on event logistics
• Briefing and managing AV and other suppliers
• Woking with the client to formulate event concepts, themes and outcomes
• Creating agendas
• Developing event collateral
• Environment design and implementation

Experience Required

• 2+ years’ experience working in event management
• End to end design and delivery of events
