Job Description:

We are looking for Account / Client Service Executives to join our UK sales & account management team. Primary responsibility is to ensure that accounts assigned achieve project / milestone success, customer delight and account growth. The executive will be the face of Ignitho for all interactions with Ignitho’s clients in UK. Work location will be either our office in London or in Brighton

Skills Range:
  • Experience in account management including closing deals, growing revenue with clients and work closely with project teams in achieving project & support milestones
  • Background in direct onsite customer engagement in presales and post-sales in a B2B tech-company environment
  • Experience in IT services industry preferred; having played a BA role in IT services is an added advantage
  • Able to manage multiple Clients
  • Experience in facilitating meetings (virtually) for both external customers and internal colleagues
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates passion for delivering a positive customer experience, closing deals and growing revenue in assigned accounts
  • Demonstrates maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, leadership skills essential for account management
  • Able to work independently and as an integral part of a cross-functional team
  • Able to thrive in a startup environment - moving quickly, adapting well to change, thinking strategically and tactically executing a plan
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in the UK
  • Quick learner and result oriented
Person Specification:
  • Own and be accountable for ensuring customer delight and account growth
  • Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to discover new opportunities in assigned accounts and drive Ignitho’s revenue growth
  • Be the single point of contact to customers
  • Document and regularly update all client communications to project team and update progress status to client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities
  • Analyse, recommend and implement regular improvements on overall account management, project coordination and processes
