Job Description:

System1 Research are seeking a talented and experienced Helpdesk / Support Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of System1 market research projects. We are looking for somebody that can bring a fresh perspective to our Delivery helpdesk unit: rationalising current processes and instigating more efficient ones, whilst maintaining the core day to day project support required to delight our internal clients.

Responsibilities:

- Managing the Research Helpdesk in JIRA to oversee the efficient resolution of project issues
- Managing key project supplier relationships, overseeing performance and spearheading continuous improvement, including our offshore Delivery team in Bulgaria
- Implementing & upkeeping key project resources
- Advising client teams on best practices and project issues
- Leading communication with internal & external stakeholders via the System1 Research intranet & Research Delivery newsletters

 

 
Skills Range:

About you:

- Minimum of 2 years in a helpdesk / support management role
- Management of a helpdesk / service desk system e.g. JIRA, Zendesk
- Communicating with confidence to internal and external stakeholders at all levels, written and verbal
- Good academic record, ideally including a 2.1 University Degree (in any subject)
- Regular & competent use of the Microsoft suite including Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Comfortable conducting business data analysis, research and writing reports
- Comfortable supporting technical solutions

Useful additional skills:

- Experience working in the marketing / market research space
- Formal qualification in any area of Business Operations
- Understanding of psychology and / or “System 1” thinking
- Experience using Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Teams

Salary: £24,000
Attendance: Full-Time
 
Additional Information:

37.5 hours over 5 days per week

Based in Shoreham-By-Sea (West Sussex) with private parking/5 min walk from train station with direct trains to London and Brighton.
