Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Manager to play a vital role in our team, with an enthusiastic approach to dealing with our existing clients, and developing new business leads.

This is an opportunity to work in a creative environment, dealing directly with leading book publishers, art directors, and designers.

The ideal candidate should have strong administration and sales skills, and a strong creative eye for dealing with client’s design requirements.

Skills Range:

Client admin and management

Respond promptly to queries and requests on a daily basis and develop strong relationships with clients, by both via phone and email.

Manage ongoing projects and keep accurate records.


New business activity

Research new clients, and contact them by phone and email.

Attend occasional client meetings in London, and international industry exhibitions.



Respond to clients’ picture research requests, providing suitable suggestions. Add relevant Keywords / meta-data to images.

Curate themed selections of photography and write text for regular promotions.



Process incoming orders from clients.

Maintain accurate and updated database of client details and activity.


The role includes

  1. Sales calls to clients
  2. Creating & sending business emails
  3. Database management / record keeping
  4. Researching and contacting new clients
Person Specification:

Ideally, the position will suit someone who already has previous experience of working in an office/sales environment.


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent Computer literacy – Word, Excel, data entry
  • Excellent Verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
  • Organisational skills – time management, and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Flexible attitude/approach - willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks
  • Preferable degree level or equivalent higher education

Salary: Starting Salary Circa. £20,000 with regular reviews.
Attendance: Full-Time
