The Natives Group Sales Manager manages the Prospect Account Managers, Student Hut Sales Team, and the new business team, predominantly focused on winning new contracts from the UK, Europe and Americas, selling all of Natives Group products and services. This includes, but is not limited to: advertising, technology, creative, business intelligence, market research, Student Hut, and many more.
The Natives Group Sales Manager is focused on both client acquisition, as well as growth of existing accounts across the team.
This role is focused on managing the sales team, ensuring they are displaying the right behaviours to successfully make new contacts via outbound cold calls, nurture these and qualify them into opportunities, and then close these to generate revenue.
The Natives Group Sales Manager is responsible for revenues related to all Natives Group Products. They must be comfortable with pitching and presenting all of our products to both brands and public sector prospects, and be well versed in BANT or CHAMP sales techniques for identifying, progressing and closing opportunities.
Previous experience of devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business.
Able to analyse existing approaches to the development of business and make changes where appropriate.
Experience of setting targets
Able to identify sales opportunities
Experience of implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance
Able to work alongside colleagues and build strong internal working relationships
Previous experience of leading at client meetings
Exceptional comminication skills
Experience of presenting key information to Senior Management
Experience in selling marketing products to brands (agency, direct, affiliate, platforms).
