Account Manager

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and projects and contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital and web services
  • Attend external client meetings in London and West Sussex
  • Digital project management
  • Creative and digital work scheduling
  • Experience as an account executive or manager within an agency
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
