We are looking for an Account Manager to play a vital role in our team, with an enthusiastic approach to dealing with our existing clients, and developing new business leads. We are looking for someone for a full time position, but a part time role is also possible.
This is an opportunity to work in a creative environment, dealing directly with leading book publishers, art directors, and designers.
Client admin, management and sales
Develop strong relationships with clients, by both via phone and email.
Sales calls to clients in the UK, USA, Canada & Europe.
Manage ongoing projects and keep accurate records.
New business activity
Research new clients, and contact them by phone and email.
Creating and sending promotional emails.
Attend occasional client meetings in London, and international industry exhibitions.
Respond to clients’ picture research requests, providing suitable suggestions.
Add relevant Keywords / meta-data to images.
Curate themed selections of photography and write text for regular promotions.
