What we are looking for from you

As the Digital Analytics Manager you will:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, data, digital) to understand and refine digital tracking needs
  • Translate digital tracking needs into technical solutions and analytics requirements to develop and refine the digital data layer
  • Define implementation plans for digital tracking 
  • Setup tracking and analytics utilising tag management software with support from our internal development teams
  • Interpret data layers to acquire the correct data for utilisation through campaign management such as online personalisation, email, next best action, etc 
  • Implement a governance framework and set of standards that should be adhered to when implementing tracking to ensure changes can be audited 
  • Pro-actively find and fix reported issues with digital data
  • Manage the integration of digital data with third party services that improve customer experience
  • Horizon scan for future analytics tools that support business goals and recommend new tactics that advance our Omni channel capability
  • Identify new opportunities for tagging efficiency

What we are looking for from you

You will have experience & knowledge of:

  • Implementation of new data layers and the ability to interpret those in place
  • Implementation of tag management tools that have enabled a personalisation capability
  • Experience in implementing governance around analytics implementation (notable security)
  • Management of 3rd party agencies / suppliers
  • Ability to work independently
  • Tag management tools (DTM, GTM, Tealium)
  • Analytics tools (GA Premium, Adobe)
  • Marketing tag management
  • Personalisation and merchandising 
  • Web Development tools and techniques (JavaScript, JSON, JQuery)
