But he’s swamped, and needs a safe & willing pair of hands to share the burden. We want a mini-me! (Well, a mini-Billy – or should that be a mini-Jilly?! We’re easy – Billy, Millie, Jilly…**) -somebody who is as creative as Billy, but just needs that help & guidance to allow them to shine.

What you’ll be doing
Email Marketing - creating templated emails to lists of clients and candidates with direction from the Marketing Manager. You will also help with the email marketing strategy and analyze the impact of the campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
CRO - Working directly with our website providers, you will be looking at continuous ways to help with CRO on the website. This will include liaising directly with designers, talking to the SEO department and driving the direction of the site.
CRM Management - You will be responsible for looking after our data, cleaning our data and how we can improve our CRM integration.
Content - Writing and uploading relevant recruitment lead content to our website, writing award entries, updating the website with sector lead content.
Social Media - Design and create eye-catching designs for our social media platforms. Scheduling social media posts and engaging with people across our social channels.
Paid Media - Promoting videos and adverts across social media through our paid promotions. Experience in creating promoted campaigns is an advantage.
Events - Helping with outreach for bespoke events; finding speakers and venues and promoting the events through email, paid media and social media.
Videos - Help film videos for internal and external use.
Podcasts - Assist with our internal recruitment podcast.
What type of person are we looking for?
- Someone with experience of working in marketing for at least one year
- Someone who has experience of doing cross-platform campaigns
- A confident and outgoing individual
- An eye for design
- A creative individual
- Experience with using CRM systems
- Someone who doesn't mind hosting events...being in the limelight! : )
- Someone who doesn't mind multi-tasking
- Someone who can manage projects
- Experience in using social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer etc)
