Account Manager

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and projects and to work with agency colleagues to devise digital campaigns that meet client's brief and budget


  • Working closely with the creative, digital and development teams to brief, devise and deliver successful design and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with clients often through regular face-to-face contact and meetings.
  • Pitching, presenting and producing proposals and quotes for new projects, clients and brands.
  • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients

Skills required

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an account executive/manager within a design or digital agency
  • Experience of working with with social campaigns, PPC, analytics and UI/UX design and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Effective team working skills
  • A passion for all things digital and an understanding of what makes a great digital campaign
