Starting in Spring 2020, the Digital Marketing Bootcamp is a permanent job opportunity to join one of our four key disciplines (SEO, PPC, Account Management and Data & Analytics), kicking off with a robust 12 month, hands-on and practical training programme.

By the end of their first year, the successful Bootcampers will be fully qualified with Google AdWords qualification and have a plethora of digital training under their belt – from IAB, Hearst and an abundance of internal discipline specific training.

Whether you are a graduate straight out of university and this is your first role, or you come to us with some experience, you will be expected to demonstrate a hunger for learning, and in return, we will provide you the platform to kick off your career in digital marketing at a leading and award winning media agency!

As a Digital Marketing Bootcamper, you will join one of four key teams within the agency; Account Management, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Paid Media and Data & Analytics. Learning their craft on a day to day basis, you will also spend valuable time gaining exposure to other teams across the business and submerging yourself in our 12 month training plan.

We believe that great ideas happen at the intersection of our disciplines and that together we can make the biggest impact. To achieve that, we need specialists within those teams to make exceptional work. So, to help you decide which discipline you might be best suited to, here is some detail of what you can expect to learn and be doing on a day to day basis within each of those teams:

Account Management (London)

Do you want to develop your knowledge in digital marketing and work directly with clients? Are you great at building relationships, managing multiple work streams and working to get the best out of people? Being part of Account Management means being part of the backbone of the client relationship. Strong communication skills will be key to work seamlessly with your team and build trust with your clients. You will work alongside the account team on a portfolio of clients and ensure everything is in place for successful delivery of exciting marketing campaigns, as such this role provides  exposure across all digital specialties. You will be a key asset to improve ways of working between the account team, the client and the iCrossing’s internal teams.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) (Brighton)

Have you ever wondered how Google works? And how websites get to the top position in search results? As an SEO analyst, you will be exploring websites and understanding how they work. You’ll enjoy digging into data from a variety of platforms, looking for patterns in consumer behaviour and website performance that identify new opportunities for our clients. You’ll be adept at presenting the findings and your insights, communicating it clearly through both your written, digital presentation and verbal skills.

Paid Media (Brighton)

Do you get excited about social media and understanding what makes people tick? Would you love the opportunity to work with businesses to understand how best to reach their customers, using social media channels? As a Paid Social Bootcamper, will have the opportunity to work across all of iCrossing’s Paid Social clients and be given full training to manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and more. You’ll be given the exciting opportunity to manage client accounts on a day to day basis with in-depth training on how to conduct research tasks, brief designers, work with developers and help prepare materials for client meetings and pitches.

Data & Analytics (Brighton)

Are you passionate about problem solving? Do you love data and get a thrill for translating business problems into analytical initiatives? As an integral part of the Data & Analytics team, you will have exposure to a wide variety of interesting data problem solving projects for a variety of our clients, working a with a smart bunch of people. You’ll have the freedom to innovate and try new things whilst demonstrating and developing your natural curiosity for Data & Analytics and rigorous analytical mindset.
