We’d expect you to have the following experience:

  • You have coded in a team, delivered product sprints across multiple stakeholders.

  • You’re autonomous and able to see things through to completion.

  • You work well with others, are empathetic and supportive.

  • You aspire to building and managing a team of the highest calibre.

  • You can communicate complex ideas, simply.

  • You can take both technical to non-technical people on a journey.

  • You are able to support across both front-end and back-end development processes.


Nice to haves

  • Web services.

  • Scalability principles.

  • Experience developing with Node.js, and modern frameworks.

  • Good database experience (either traditional SQL or NoSQL).

  • Progressive web technologies.

  • Experience with paid search  and wider digital marketing.


Could haves

  • Led a team project.

  • Line management experience.

  • Experience within the open source community.

  • Has worked in a fast moving, high growth business.

You’ll help us build products to optimise and scale the value we bring to clients. Some of these will be utilised by our internal teams to unlock insights, creativity and performance for our clients.  Others will be delivered to the market through a SaaS model, broadening and diversifying our value proposition.
