All of our operations are based in our office next to the railway station in Brighton to make it simple for our team to travel to and from home. We are flexible with our working arrangements and are looking to continue with a blend of home and office working as we emerge from the COVID-19 crisis.

About the Role
We're looking or an experienced product-centric Full Stack Technical Lead to line manage, mentor and support a team of Engineers and QAs in our "Acquire & Convert" cross-functional squad.
You will work closely with product managers and designers to develop product road maps, contributing ideas and helping them understand technical and application requirements. You will support your team in developing end to end product features and experiments at pace aligned to business goals.
You will work collaboratively with our members of the Engineering team in long-term road map and infrastructure planning.
As well as developing and shipping new products and features, you will also be engaged in the monitoring, maintenance, operation, and upgrades of the platform.
- Extensive commercial experience in software engineering, where you have been responsible for implementation throughout the entire stack. It’s not so much about the number of years and more about the skills and knowledge you have, and your ability to lead and support a team.
- Good experience using Django/Django REST Framework, React/Redux, Node.js, Databases: MySQL, Elasticsearch,
- Understand and practice DevOps using platforms/tools including AWS, ECS, Docker, CircleCI, Github
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, testing, securing, optimising and supporting web API’s and web applications at scale.
- Strong understanding of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modelling.
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of software development lifecycle and quality control practices.
- An open and collaborative mindset both within and outside your team.
