The role

Citrus Ornge Media are looking for an expert affiliate tech person to work with our current campaign team. We need an expert eye to ensure we get affiliate pixels, API's and postbacks integrated smoothly to successfully onboard new clients while servicing the existing client and buyer relationships.

Title: Campaign Management Technical Lead

Reporting to: Managing Director / Operations Manager

Salary: Dependant on experience (pro rota)

Contract: Part-time pro rota 

The Campaign Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager to successfully onboard new clients while servicing the existing client and buyer relationships. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Responsibilities

Commercial Business Management
• Supporting the onboarding or new clients, new campaigns and supplier partnerships
• Client & supplier level reporting using Excel or Google sheets
• Overseeing campaign support with providing clients campaign weekly and month-end reporting using Excel or Google sheets
 

Skills required
• Expert in tracking pixels, pass/post back pixels, API’s, conversion tags & other relevant digital tracking technologies and lead delivery mechanics – Marketing Town/Has Offers/Cake/Databowl and such like
• Intermediate understanding of HTML to test landing pages and email campaigns
• Experienced using Excel and/or Google Sheets to generate regular reporting
• Analytically and technically minded
 

Stakeholders Management & Communication
• Work closely with the Managing Director to fully understand, support and feed into plans/objectives
• Provide regular and consistent communication across campaign operations, campaign performance and any related operations for all products and relevant platforms
• Manage issues relating to client campaign performance and processes. Take action to resolve and/or escalate when necessary.
• Ensure a close working relationship with the Managing Director and its counterparts across the business
• Understand and embody the Citrus Ornge social mission and its values
• Be flexible, proactive, committed, and hard-working
• Be effective at prioritization and be able to multitask

Citrus Ornge is at a pivotal stage of its growth and development and its 2020 plan is three-fold: 


1. To continue to grow its UK client and supplier base and cement our position as a credible performance marketing agency for the UK marketplace
2. Increase Citrus Ornge revenues, maintain/increase margin and profitability in line with forecasting
3. Continue to build a sustainable UK infrastructure and operational sales workflow capacity in line with new client acquisition and customer retention whilst at the same time create an environment where we are able to accommodate training and mentoring opportunities and deliver on its social mission

Our growth plan is to hire an additional 2-4 people across telesales marketing and publisher account management in the next 2-3 years and the company has the vision to have a team of 10 in the next 5 years.
