Service Manager

Bozboz is looking for a highly organised and technical Service Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of work for our reactive retainer clients covering Web, Marketing and CRM services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate with prior Project Coordination or Service Desk Management experience to develop professionally in an award-winning agency in the heart of Brighton.


Key accountabilities & responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely delivery and management of work for reactive retainer accounts.

  • Being the primary point of contact for all reactive retainer clients, managing all incoming work requests and providing excellent customer service throughout.

  • Managing monthly client budgets and spend for reactive retainer accounts whilst identifying upsell opportunities where possible.

  • Supporting in the technical discovery of work requests and providing quotations for reactive retainer accounts.

  • Organising and managing work with the delivery team, including both internal and freelance resources.

  • Testing implementation of work before delivering to the client.

  • Assisting the Head of Production with other project management tasks where necessary.



  • Profitability of reactive retainer accounts.


Required skills & experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant agency experience in a similar role.

  • Highly organised and detail focussed.

  • Technical skills, particularly CMS management.

  • Professional customer service.

  • Keen problem solver.


Desirable skills & experience

  • CRM management (Hubspot a bonus)
