About Us

Loop specialises in mobile first recruitment and engagement technology. Our award-winning platform allows corporations to hire and retain top talent using integrated SMS and web technologies. Since launching in 2012, we have powered large scale recruitment campaigns for global companies including PayPal, Chrysler, Dolby and BMW. We provide our clients with a fast, efficient and cost-effective communication tool, whilst guaranteeing an unrivalled user experience for candidates and employees.

Loop currently has offices in the UK and the US. Our cloud-based talent platform is integrated with over 800 mobile carriers worldwide and our technology has been proven to deliver optimised, enriched content to all types of device. Over a million candidate interactions are handled by our platform every month.

During the Corona-virus pandemic, the entire development team is working from home. This arrangement is expected to continue until we are confident that it is safe for everyone to return to the office. The successful applicant will therefore be able to work from home in the short term (we will provide everything that you need to get setup) but will understand that they will need to be in the Brighton office once it is safe to do so.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic mid-level or senior .Net developer to join our Brighton team. We are looking for an experienced developer who can integrate into the existing team (minimum of 3 years experience for mid-level position). The successful candidate will be expected to thrive with a diverse workload and will have opportunities to work with a broad range of technologies. This role will be primarily focused on high volume backend message processing, reporting and event-driven automation. However, there is also scope for expansion to work on our front-end products for developers with client-side web development skills.

We are a small team, so the successful applicant will have an opportunity to make a difference from day one. Your contribution will be valued, and you will see the benefits of your effort. In exchange, we are looking for a committed individual; someone who is looking to progress their career with a fast-growing company; someone with a genuine interest in mobile first technology, who wants to be an invaluable part of our development team.
