We are a VC backed, fast growing MarTech start-up based in London and Brighton and are expanding our team to capture the significant opportunity of becoming the content platform defining the next generation of marketing technology. 

StoryStream is looking for an ambitious Customer Success Executive to expand the Customer Success team. Working closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers you will be helping to support with onboarding, set-up, reporting and delivering curation services.

You’ll be coming on board at an incredibly exciting time for the business as we ramp up our growth and build deeper relationships with the world’s most exciting automotive and retail brands.

The role

We’re looking for an ambitious Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success team. Someone who wants to develop a career in tech sector customer success, has a passion for technology and a creative eye.  Operational Rigour, passion to learn, good organisation and prioritisation skills are a must, along with a desire to roll up your sleeves, and get involved with a range of tasks. 

Reporting to one of our Senior Customer Success Managers, the Customer Success Executive will be responsible for supporting the delivery of StoryStream services to our clients. The role requires you to be able to undertake a variety of tasks across multiple clients, these include: 

  • Setting up the StoryStream platform in line with client requirements

  • Creating website Storyboards for client websites

  • Curating content for clients, including sourcing and gaining rights to User Generated Content

  • Raising platform bug tickets and liaising with technical team to fix these

  • Helping to create performance reports for clients

  • Support with customer queries

  • Creating Pre sales demos for prospects

  • Supporting Senior Customer Success Manager in the onboarding of new clients

  • Managing small client accounts from six months dependant on progression

About you

  • Degree educated

  • Evidence of excellence and determination through academic or other activities

  • 1 year + of Experience in a customer facing/similar role would be an advantage, or significant work experience during university / sandwich years.

  • Highly organised with great prioritisation and time management skills

  • Ability to communicate well internally with colleagues and externally with clients

  • Language skills in French, German, Spanish, Italian would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of html/css would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite

  • If you have technical and analytical skills that would be a bonus

  • Ability to learn and put new skills into practice quickly

  • A creative eye and interest in content or websites

  • Attention to detail

  • Self motivated
