We Are Potential are seeking a full stack PHP developer with extensive experience in Drupal development to work on a number of ongoing projects for our international clients.

About the role

This exciting role will work in our small technical team providing technical developments for some of our key clients. The primary tasks for this role are:

  • Supporting the data platform and communications website for a large multilateral organisation 

  • Working on functional improvements to back-end and front-end

  • Troubleshooting bugs and issues 

  • Researching options and making recommendations to solve business problems and optimise performance

  • Managing and deploying to hosting environments 

  • Working on other projects, including WordPress CMS, as required

We are keen to find the right person for this role, so can offer it on a part time or full time basis. We are a young and growing business and this role could offer the opportunity to shape the work we deliver and bring in. There is the chance to set up processes and new systems to enable us to work more efficiently and deliver high quality products and services. 

Required Skills



  • JavaScript/jQuery

  • Drupal 7 and 8

  • Experience in object-oriented programming

  • Ability to adhere to coding and documentation standards

  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work well in a team 

  • Understanding of setting up and deploying to hosting environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Have worked with ticketing and version control services, e.g. Jira, Bitbucket/Github (Git)

  • Advanced ability for independent action, decision making, and initiative with a strong and consistent attention to detail.

  • Experienced developing WordPress websites

What we offer

  • Salary £28-36k, depending on experience
