Context on the role:
As we see increased interest in booking solutions during covid-19 pandemic. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join Booksy Salex team and be first started in an outbound sales team assembled to acquire new business and further grow our marketplaces in targeted UK Cities.
As an Outbound Consultant your focus will be on generating new leads via social media, email, webinars and telephone with the goal of creating your own network in your assigned City/Region.
You would be working very closely with the Online Manager to set KPIs, expected to work autonomously and hungry for success.
Ideal candidates should relish the challenge of lead acquisition and building B2B networks via multiple channels where outbound call
Be able to build and maintain strong business relationships with new clients with genuine rapport

Support your direct manager by contributing to the process when necessary, motivating your team mates and shooting for the moon!
Over 2 years experience in B2B sales, ideally with a cold networking or cold calling background
Computer literate (higher level of literacy is a plus)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong time management skills
Proactive and pragmatic approach with a focus on getting things done
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across various functions
Any previous experience or understanding of the Health, Hair and Beauty industry is a plus
