Digital Marketing Manager

Since 2018 we’ve worked with Festivals, Record Labels, Coworking spaces, Sports networks and more, helping them define their Digital Strategy and build authentic connections with their audience.
 

The Role.

We’re looking for a creative Digital Marketing Manager with experience in a similar role to join our team. Someone who’s a creative thinker with a passion for digital and the ability to bring their expertise into the creation, planning and implementation of highly engaging campaigns. 

They will oversee multiple organic and paid campaigns for music and lifestyle clients, working alongside our Head of Strategy and Design Lead to drive growth for our clients.
 

Main Responsibilities.

Creating, developing and implementing innovative social strategies and campaigns.

Building and managing multiple content calendars, planning and sharing output, and ensuring briefs and deadlines are met to an exceptional standard.

Creating highly engaging copy, optimised for every channel and focussed on meeting objectives.

Overseeing paid social campaigns and maximising the return on spend.

Working with the Design Lead to ensure all visual content is on brand and meets objectives. 

Analysing output and providing insightful reports and communicating the results.

Liaising with clients to update, troubleshoot, measure success, refine plans and present new ideas. 

Researching and implementing new platforms and tools to drive innovation.

The ability to analyse and identify trends from data.

Strong communicator who is able to articulate ideas and learnings and adapt to a range of audiences.

Multi-tasking master with strong time management and organisation skills.

Someone with a passion for music, who already follows multiple music pages.

Highly driven and ambitious. We’re building a team with the ambition to help us grow!

 

Bonus points for:

Experience in music and/or event marketing.

Keen eye for design and experience in Adobe.
