As our senior Project Manager, you will lead on delivering complex web and SaaS applications for our clients across the not for profit sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to be pivotal in the development of our suite of software products and the growth of our business.
To succeed in this role you’ll have a keen technical understanding of software and application development. You’ll enjoy pragmatically solving complex problems whilst being mindful of user experience and considerate of budgetary and technical constraints.
You’ll be exceptionally process driven with fantastic project management and organisational skills. A people person, you enjoy working collaboratively with clients as well as the team.

Most of our clients are within the not-for-profit and charity sector and we’re passionate about helping them use digital tools to build big ideas and make a measurable impact on the world.
As well as developing web applications we run a growing SaaS product; BrandStencil.

About your skills
Track record of successfully delivering complex web or software projects from brief to launch
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and diagnose issues
Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects concurrently against deadlines
Obsessively process driven (you're that person who makes a spreadsheet for their holiday)
A great communicator, both verbally and in writing
Experience of building strong, highly productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Confident decision maker in a rapidly changing work environment
Excellent leadership and teamwork including effective delegation
Technical understanding of software and application development with detailed understanding of software development methodologies and tools, e.g. Jira and Trello
Current knowledge of web technologies and trends
Experience of running discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders for requirements gathering
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior Project Management role within an agency or software product environment
Profit share (paid annually)
Flexible working hours
30 days annual leave (including public holidays) -pro rated for part time employees

£35,000 - £45,000 (FTE)
Minimum - 22.5 hours per week
Full time - 37.5 hours per week.
We are looking for the perfect fit for this job so are exploring both full and part time options.
Flexible working is at the heart of the way we work, not just as a response to the current pandemic situation. This means we can arrange your working hours and days to suit you. As much as possible we give you the flexibility and responsibility to manage your own schedule within our core working hours of 10am-4pm.
