We've got a great opportunity for a Migration Programme Manager here at Kineo. We'll be recruiting on a 12-18 month fixed term contract, and the role will programme manage the migration of our existing clients to Totara: Kineo Edition (based on TLS13).
You'll be the single point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team, and other stakeholders, for the lifetime of the programme. You'll report to our Global Head of Technology and line manage the project management team.
About The Role
You will be responsible for tracking all elements of the migration programme whilst communicating clearly to all stakeholders and have knowledge of the status of each client during the migration programme. You will work closely with Kineo EMEA’s platform implementation lead to determine both the resourcing requirement and window when a client’s migration can be performed. As the Programme Manager, you will work closely with project managers, offering support and mentorship where needed and ensuring the success of each project. The project managers will report directly to you for the duration of the migration project.
The successful candidate will have significant, hands on experience of end to end project management, in a multi-workstream, technology environment. You'll need proven experience of managing reputational risk and an impact to revenue. You must also be comfortable working in a very "customer facing" role, managing multiple stakeholders.
You will have credible leadership skills, and must be a clear and concise communicator. You must also be able to demonstrate that you can lead high performance teams.
