In this role you will drive an exciting and ambitious growth agenda across our global business, as we harness our great strengths and capabilities to meet the major demand around the world for digital learning solutions.
About The Role
Working as part of the Kineo Global senior leadership team, you will lead key elements of our global commercial activity, including pricing, bid management, partnership development and sales effectiveness. Partnering with our regional sales teams, you’ll drive our customer acquisition strategy, and the growth of our existing accounts through a clear focus on relationship management and sales excellence.
You’ll also lead our focus on global operational and performance improvement, with a particular emphasis on customer lifetime value and project profitability, working in partnership with our regional platform and bespoke content production leads.
This role sits on the Kineo Global senior leadership team, working to ensure Kineo drives to a sustainable and successful future. The role will also deputise for the Managing Director in chairing the EMEA leadership team as necessary and in order to support day-to-day operational activity.
Your application must be able to demonstrate significant knowledge of the learning technology and wider learning and development market. You'll be an experienced leader with a proven track record in developing and executing strategic and operational programmes of activity, and of leading wider strategic reviews that drive measurable business results.
You'll also need highly developed financial, analytical and data skills, and clear application to drive commercial and operational insight and action. This will be complimented by your strong business development and sales experience, ideally within a services environment, where relationship management is paramount. Needless to say, your leadership skills must be second to none, with proven experience of leading cross-functional teams, and the ability to motivate and manage individuals irrespective of reporting lines.
